Finally i saw and felt snow in Norway :-) Reaaaaally nice!!

This is the area i will be living for the next 6 months: Stratford, London...

When i was arriving from Oxford Street this evening i decide to take some pictures around, just to show to all of you how nice is being here :) Even though there are just "dark pictures" now, there will be plenty of time to show you this by day time :)

And tomorrow..... NORWAY, HERE I GO AGAIN :D

London: my new city!

Long time no see!! Yeah, i know, but i've been busy with all my exams and stuff at Uni! Now i'm done with that and i'm moving to London to do my internship!

Well, i'm here right now to find a place! It's crazy man, it's really expensive and the houses are a bit bad!

But today we ( me and Mariana...we are moving in together, cause she will be doing her internship in London as well) got a really nice one! One can check the building on theis website!

We will be living on the 4th floor :-)

The place around is called "Stratford" and it's in East London, 8 minutes by tube to Liverpool Street!!

Well, just to notice that i'm going to Norway next Thursday, 2nd February, to meet my Espenzinho :D

Gotta sleep now...

I'm back! After a 4 days trip in Switzerland and Italy i'm back to rainy Porto!Venice was amazing! I loved that wet city!! The problem was the cold!No, i was freezing almost everyday! Me and Filipa we had a lot of fun and we walked a lot as well! Tourist's life is hard :-)

Finally here!!! :) After a 12h trip, 2 flights, trains, bus, and lack of sleep i'm finally with Filipa :) One can see our nice picture on the swiss mountains...

Now i will have a nap, cause i'm too tired...Venice is waiting for us tonight!!

That's it! Within 3 hours i should be driving to the airport Francisco Sá Carneiro ( Porto). I'm gonna fly to London stansted where i should arrive around 00h00. Then i will have a cozy night at the airport and at 06h40 i will catch the flight to Milan (Bergamo). Filipa will be waiting for me. She is in Erasmus in Mendrisio, Switzerland. We will go there for a few hours and tomorrow night we will travel to Venice, Italy! I have never been in Venice, so i think it will be...wet :)

Well, i'll be back next wednesday! Short trip, but a funny one, i hope :)

Some people say i have already been everywhere, but today i realised i have to travel a lot more if i want do meet half of this world! Europe is quite good! 1st of the ranking :) But i think i need to travel further down, like Australia, or New Zealand.... :) just plans, for now!

What i know now is that in February i will be working in London! I got my internship there and i will move in in the coming year.... I hope this will be a positive experience! I'm almost sure it will... So...start thinking about a date to visit me :-)

Here i am...again

After almost 1 month without writing, i'm here again..I'm alive, yessss...but with shit loads of stuff to think about! As i don want to stress too much, i decided to go and visit Espen again :-) I'm leaving again! I'm flying to London tomorrow night and i will sleep at Stansted Airport...Well, i just decided to book a hotel bedroom at Radisson SAS hotel, in the airport!! 12h seated at the airport would killed me, for sure! Then, wednesday morning i will fly to Trondheim, where i will be till Monday, 24th. That will be THE day..On my way back home, i will d a strategically stop in London. While i wait for my night flight, i will go to the city for an interview at Adelard ( www.adelard.co.uk)...i'm applying for an internship over UK, and maybe i will be lucky enough to get it in London...that would be just fantastic...but let's wait and see what happen!

Well, i have to go now...Hope to wirte soon again!

Gaia-Porto by metro

I'm back to Portugal!
After one sunday changing from flight to flight i arrived in Porto!Holidays are done and now the work will start again!!Today i had my first uni day...i went back to FEUP, after one here in Delft,Holland! Nice to be back, but just because i know it will be for a short period :) i'll have lectures from now till December, exams in January, February free and internship in March!!Hope i will be in England by that time...we'll see!

Today i travel by metro for the first time, between Gaia and Porto. From my place i have to walk 10min to the station and then i spend 15 minutes till university! fantastic! No more trafic, no more car, no more expenses in gasoline!! Weee...time to save some money :-)

I also got some news from my new job as a teacher: i will be Physics teacher for the 1st year students at my faculty!It will be a nice experience!

I think i need to eat some bread with brown cheese now :-)

Leaving Norway...Heading Portugal!

Packing is so boring when we are going back home!!! :( Specially after 2 really nice weeks in the most rich country of the world!! I havent left yet, but i already miss the brown cheese, the bacalao, those parties, "vorspiel" and Singstar... Trondheim, Oppdal, Kristiansund...everything so nice, everything so cozy...(everything so wet and cold...ehehe)!!

It was nice to see some Erasmus friends again and it is nice to know i will be back, soon!! :-)

Today me and Espen were a bit slow...after a hard night yesterday, with Bacalao, øl, Aquavit, sangria, ..., we woke up quite early but with not much energy! We decided to walk downtown, as it was sunny and nice temperature... Lunch by the "doks" and then the last shopping!!

Well, tomorrow morning i have to go to the airport around 9am, so i will now enjoy the last hours here!!

Can't wait for the next time i'll be back here!!

NTNU

Today i had a really tough day!!! Woke up at 11h, breakfast and stuff, and then i went to NTNU, to meet Espen! Btw, NTNU is "Norges teknisk-naturvitenskapelige universitet", which means "The Norwegian University of Science and Technology" :) ... Just so you know, that's a HUGE campus with so much quality!! God, i wish i had one like that in Portugal!!

People there are almost all blond with blue eyes! Guess i could call it "BlondLand" or something like that! :) Ahh, there was also a lot of crazy people, doing some kind of chains with clothes and bodies :| at the end there were few guys nacked!! Humm...drunk, of course! They were 1st year students..poor guys!

Another interesting thing was the rainbow o photographed!!It was the first time i saw the beginning and the end of a rainbow! Nice!!

Norway is nice!! :-)

After some attempts to create and maintain my own blog, i hope this will be "THE ONE" :-)

I have been "walkingAround" the world and there are many many stories i should share with the ones who care about me!!

At this moment i'm in Trondheim, Norway, visiting Espen :-)

I have been here since the 3rd of September and "Jeg liker Norge!!..Det er fint" :-)

Ahh, one more thing (important!): BENFICA had just won his first game this season, and in ChampionsLeague!! WOOWW...What a team! At least we are leading this group...eheh :)
